Strategy Development

We develop long-term, market-oriented business strategies as an essential part of strategy consulting. They are generally based on the preceding comprehensive SWOT analysis of the company and / or the portfolio and analysis, as well as the forecast of the local housing market.

The development of the strategic portfolio planning is of main importance for a long-term corporate strategy.

It can be supported furthermore by improved financing conditions or alternative forms of financing (bearer bonds).

Marketing concepts

In the context of developing marketing concepts we carry out small-scale analyses and forecasts of local housing markets. Again, we use proprietary benchmarking data that allow comparing different communities.

We assist our clients also in performing both qualitative and quantitative market studies, which particularly target analysing current and future tenant preferences (e.g. customer satisfaction surveys, target group-specific demand).

These analyses provide a good basis both for the development of a corporate strategy as well as for the development of strategic marketing concepts. The marketing success analysis in turn provides important information for the design of the future marketing concept and its associated marketing activities.

Asset-Management

We also take responsibility for the implementation of our clients‘ business / investment strategy as part of the asset management, whose functions primarily are to realise the owner‘s goals and objectives in cooperation with service partners and banks. It is important to know appropriate measures to improve the earnings situation and the investment value and to ensure their implementation.

We support our clients in an early stage to work out their investment strategy required for the entire planning period as well as to do a feasibility check of a given business plan. Our clients benefit from our comprehensive benchmark system, which currently includes a total of approximately 230,000 residential units, with a market value of more than 6 billion Euros. The target and execution planning for any new portfolio can thus benefit directly from the experience of other successful companies.
